Sierra is a passionate and interactive Project Management Professional with 19 years of diverse leadership experience in Public Assistance for Natural Disaster Relief, Environmental Compliance, and Sustainability.

Her expertise spans Business Administration, Education, Mechanical, Aeronautical, and Environmental Engineering. Sierra is unwavering in supporting business development through sustainable practices and IT innovation. Her skills include utilizing ERP systems, Six Sigma methodologies, and advanced technical projects involving scientific equipment and software.

At the heart of HoffZinger LLC is family. Sierra believes in hospitality, prioritizing employee and client well-being above all. She operates on the motto, "Friends become family, and family is forever."

Sierra is a proud mom, military spouse, and die-hard Blue Hen from the University of Delaware. She is deeply grateful to those serving in the armed forces, police, and emergency services, and she honors all veterans for their service.

Outside of her professional life, Sierra enjoys scuba diving with her husband, spending time with her dog and family, exploring innovative technologies, and mentoring the next generation of environmental leaders.
